इत्य् आग्नेये महापुराणे मृतसञ्जीवनीकरसिद्धयोगो नाम चतुरशीत्यधिकद्विशततमो ऽध्यायः अथ पञ्चाशीत्यधिकद्विशततमो ऽध्यायः कल्पसागरः धन्वन्तरिर् उवाच कल्पाम्मृत्युञ्चयान्वक्ष्ये ह्य् आयुर्दान्रोगसर्दनान् त्रिशती रोगहा सेव्या मध्वाज्यत्रिफलामृता

ity āgneye mahāpurāṇe mṛtasañjīvanīkarasiddhayogo nāma caturaśītyadhikadviśatatamo 'dhyāyaḥ atha pañcāśītyadhikadviśatatamo 'dhyāyaḥ kalpasāgaraḥ dhanvantarir uvāca kalpāmmṛtyuñcayānvakṣye hy āyurdānrogasardanān triśatī rogahā sevyā madhvājyatriphalāmṛtā

Sa gayon, sa Agni Mahāpurāṇa, nagwakas ang ika-284 na kabanata na pinamagatang “Ang ganap na pormulang tinatawag na Tagapagbangon ng Patay.” Ngayon ay nagsisimula ang ika-285 na kabanata, “Dagat ng mga Pormula (Kalpasāgara).” Sinabi ni Dhanvantari: “Tunay na ituturo ko ang mga paghahandang Mṛtyuñjaya—yaong dumadaig sa kamatayan, nagbibigay ng mahabang buhay at dumudurog sa mga sakit.
