मृतसञ्जीवनीकरसिद्धयोगः (Mṛtasañjīvanī-kara Siddha-yogaḥ) — Perfected Formulations for Revivification and Disease-Conquest

चूर्नमामलकं तेन सुरसेन तु भवितम् मध्वाज्यशर्करायुक्तं लिढ्वा स्त्रीशः पयः पिवेत्

cūrnamāmalakaṃ tena surasena tu bhavitam madhvājyaśarkarāyuktaṃ liḍhvā strīśaḥ payaḥ pivet

Gumawa ng pulbos ng āmalaka (Indian gooseberry) at ibabad/ipasipsip sa katas ng surasā (banal na tulasī); saka dilaan at kainin na may halong pulot, ghee, at asukal. Pagkaraan, ang babae ay dapat uminom ng gatas.
