सिंही षष्टीति ख शूलहा इत्य् अत्र पुंस्त्वनिर्देश आर्षः मूत्रहा शोषरोगनुदिति ञ जातीपत्रं फलं व्योषं कवलं मूत्रकं निशा दुग्धक्वाथे ऽभयाकल्के सिद्धं तैलं द्विजार्तिनुत्
siṃhī ṣaṣṭīti kha śūlahā ity atra puṃstvanirdeśa ārṣaḥ mūtrahā śoṣaroganuditi ña jātīpatraṃ phalaṃ vyoṣaṃ kavalaṃ mūtrakaṃ niśā dugdhakvāthe 'bhayākalke siddhaṃ tailaṃ dvijārtinut
Sa balarila: sa tuntuning ‘siṃhī ṣaṣṭī’ (kha), ang pagtukoy sa panlalaki sa salitang ‘śūlahā’ ay isang kaugaliang Ārṣa (Vedic/sinauna); at gayon din sa ‘mūtrahā, śoṣa-roga-nut’ (ña). (Ngayon ang reseta:) Sa mga dahon ng jāti (sampaguita), bunga (kardamono), tatlong maanghang (tuyong luya, pamintang itim, mahabang paminta), kavala, mūtraka at niśā (luyang-dilaw), kapag ang langis ay niluto sa sabaw ng gatas kasama ang paste ng abhaya (harītakī), ang pinaghilom na langis na iyon ay nagpapawi ng mga pagdurusa ng mga dvija (dalawang ulit na isinilang).
