Ayurvedic practical knowledge: the rasāyana-style use of Triphalā taken with honey and sugar as a broad-spectrum remedy and longevity-supporting formulation.
It shows the Agni Purana’s inclusion of Ayurveda alongside ritual and dharma topics, preserving actionable household therapeutics (dravya-yoga) and longevity claims within a Purāṇic framework.
By promoting health, cleanliness, and longevity, the instruction supports sustained performance of dharma (daily duties, worship, and charity), which is traditionally viewed as enabling continued merit-making over a long life.
