Ayurvedic regimen-knowledge: warm water is advised to relieve fatigue, breath should not be forcibly retained in the heart region, exercise is prescribed to reduce kapha, and massage is prescribed to pacify vāta.
It presents practical preventive medicine (dinacharya and doṣa-management) alongside other Agni Purana subjects, showing the text’s broad coverage of applied sciences like Ayurveda, not only myth and ritual.
By maintaining bodily balance and avoiding harmful practices (like improper breath restraint), the practitioner supports purity, steadiness, and fitness for dharma, worship, and disciplined living.
