जन्मान्तरैर्वेदविदां विवेक- बुद्धिर्भवेन्नाथ तव प्रसादात् । त्वल्लब्धलाभस्य न मानुषत्वं न देवगन्धर्वगतिः शिवं स्यात् ॥ ७३.३१ ॥

janmāntarair vedavidāṁ viveka- buddhir bhaven nātha tava prasādāt | tvallabdhalābhasya na mānuṣatvaṁ na devagandharvagatiḥ śivaṁ syāt || 73.31 ||

ข้าแต่นาถะ ปัญญาแห่งการแยกแยะของผู้รู้พระเวทย่อมเกิดขึ้นด้วยพระกรุณาของพระองค์ตลอดหลายภพหลายชาติ. ผู้ที่ได้ประโยชน์โดยพระองค์นั้น มิใช่เพียงความเป็นมนุษย์ หรือแม้การไปมาในหมู่เทวดาและคันธรรพะ ที่เป็นความเกษมสูงสุด.
