श्रीवराह उवाच ॥ साधु देवि महाभागे यत्पृष्टोऽहं वरानने ॥ रहस्यं ते प्रवक्ष्यामि लोकानां हितकाम्यया

śrīvarāha uvāca | sādhu devi mahābhāge yat pṛṣṭo'haṁ varānane | rahasyaṁ te pravakṣyāmi lokānāṁ hitakāmyayā ||

ศรีวราหะตรัสว่า: ดีแล้ว เทวีผู้มีบุญวาสนายิ่ง ผู้มีพักตร์งามเอ๋ย ที่เจ้าถามเรา เราจักประกาศคำสอนอันลี้ลับแก่เจ้า ด้วยความปรารถนาจะเกื้อกูลประโยชน์แก่โลกทั้งหลาย
