सकृद्दत्तेन प्रीयन्ते वर्षाणां हि त्रयोदश ॥ तां दत्त्वा चैव पीत्वा च प्रीतो मेध्यस्तु जायते ॥
sakṛddattena prīyante varṣāṇāṃ hi trayodaśa || tāṃ dattvā caiva pītvā ca prīto medhyas tu jāyate ||
เพียงถวายครั้งเดียวก็ทำให้ท่านทั้งหลายพอพระทัยตลอดสิบสามปี และเมื่อได้ถวายแล้ว ทั้งได้ดื่มด้วย ใจย่อมผ่องใส และความเป็นเมธยะ คือความบริสุทธิ์ตามพิธีกรรมย่อมบังเกิด
