पूर्वसन्ध्यानु सम्प्राप्ता उदिते च दिवाकरे ॥ सन्ध्याविधिं विनिवर्त्य हुत्वाग्नीन् द्विजसत्तमः ॥

เมื่อสนธยามรุ่งอรุณมาถึงและพระอาทิตย์ขึ้นแล้ว ผู้ประเสริฐในหมู่ทวิชะ ครั้นประกอบพิธีสนธยาโดยครบถ้วน ก็ถวายอาหุติลงในไฟบูชา
