यानि कानि च भक्ष्याणि नवश्च रससंभवः ॥ यानि तस्यैव चेष्टानि सर्वमेतदुदाहरेत्

yāni kāni ca bhakṣyāṇi navaś ca rasasaṃbhavaḥ || yāni tasyaiva ceṣṭāni sarvam etad udāharet

ไม่ว่าอาหารใดที่กินได้ และเครื่องปรุงสดใหม่ที่เกิดจากรส/น้ำคั้น และข้อปฏิบัติใดที่เหมาะแก่ตน—พึงกล่าวแจ้งทั้งหมดนี้โดยชัดเจน
