सुखासीनस्य कृष्णस्य पुत्रदारसुतैः सह ॥ आगतो नारदस्तत्र यदृच्छागमनो मुनिः ॥ पाद्यमर्घ्यं च आसनं च मधुपर्कं सभाजनम् ॥ गां च दत्त्वा यथान्यायं कृतं संवादमुत्तमम् ॥

sukhāsīnasya kṛṣṇasya putradārasutaiḥ saha || āgato nāradas tatra yadṛcchāgamanо muniḥ || pādyamarghyaṃ cāsanaṃ ca madhuparkaṃ sabhājanam || gāṃ ca dattvā yathānyāyaṃ kṛtaṃ saṃvādam uttamam

เมื่อพระกฤษณะประทับอย่างผาสุกพร้อมด้วยโอรส พระชายา และบุตรหลาน ฤๅษีนารทผู้มาด้วยความบังเอิญตามจิตตนเองก็มาถึงที่นั้น จึงถวาย น้ำล้างพระบาท อรฺฆยะ ที่ประทับ มธุปารกะ และการต้อนรับตามธรรมเนียม; แล้วถวายโคตามแบบแผนอันชอบ จึงเกิดสนทนาอันประเสริฐยิ่ง
