The Harm of Destroying a Grove and the Merit of Tree-Planting as Pūrta-Dharma

पुण्यं सोदकपूर्णोऽयं तस्यारामस्य सेचकः ॥ सरश्चोत्पलपूर्णं च कलहंसैर्युतं सदा ॥

puṇyaṃ sodakapūrṇo 'yaṃ tasyārāmasya secakaḥ || saraś cotpalapūrṇaṃ ca kalahamsair yutaṃ sadā ||

“รางน้ำอันเป็นบุญนี้เต็มไปด้วยน้ำ ใช้หล่อเลี้ยงรดสวนอุทยานนั้น; และยังมีสระหนึ่งเต็มด้วยดอกบัว มีหงส์อยู่ร่วมเสมอ”
