श्रीवराह उवाच ॥ शृणु भूमे प्रयत्नेन कारणं परमं मम ॥ गुह्यमस्त्यपरं चैव हिमशृङ्ग शिलोच्चये

ศรีวราหะตรัสว่า: โอ้แผ่นดิน จงฟังด้วยความเพียรและความตั้งใจ ถึงเหตุอันสูงสุดของเราเถิด ที่ยอดหินสูงชันชื่อหิมศฤงคะนั้น ยังมีความลี้ลับอีกประการหนึ่ง
