स्थित्वा मत्प्रमुखे चैव स्तुवन्नेवं मम प्रियम् ॥ ततोऽहं स्तूयमानो वै ऋग्वेदस्यैव ऋग्गतैः ॥
sthitvā mat-pramukhe caiva stuvann evaṃ mama priyam || tato 'haṃ stūyamāno vai ṛgvedasyaiva ṛg-gataiḥ ||
เขายืนอยู่ต่อหน้าเราและสรรเสริญเช่นนั้น อันเป็นที่รักยิ่งแก่เรา; แล้วเรา ผู้ถูกสรรเสริญอย่างแท้จริงด้วยคาถาจากฤคเวท ก็ได้ (ตอบสนอง/กระทำต่อไป)
