विकर्म नाभिकुर्वीत कौमारव्रतसंस्थितः ॥ सर्वभूतदयायुक्तः सत्त्वेन च समन्वितः

เขาพึงไม่กระทำวิกรรม คือการงานอันผิดธรรม; ตั้งมั่นในพรหมจรรย์อันเป็นวัตรแห่งความสำรวม; ประกอบด้วยเมตตาต่อสรรพสัตว์ และพร้อมด้วยสัทตวะ คือความผ่องใสบริสุทธิ์
