उद्धृत्य मां कथं सृष्टिं सृजसे किं च सा त्वया। सकृद् ध्रियेत कृत्वा च पालयते चापि केन च॥ १.१२ ॥
uddhṛtya māṃ kathaṃ sṛṣṭiṃ sṛjase kiṃ ca sā tvayā | sakṛd dhriyeta kṛtvā ca pālyate cāpi kena ca || 1.12 ||
เมื่อทรงยกข้าพเจ้าขึ้นแล้ว พระองค์ทรงบันดาลการสร้างสรรพสิ่งอย่างไร? และสรรพสิ่งที่พระองค์ทรงประกอบขึ้นนั้นเป็นเช่นไรแท้จริง? ครั้นสร้างแล้ว ใครเป็นผู้ค้ำจุนแม้เพียงครั้ง และใครเป็นผู้ทรงอภิบาลและพิทักษ์รักษา?
