Brahmavidya

śrutyā yad uktaṃ paramārtham eva tat saṃśayo nātra tataḥ samastam | śrutyā virodhe na bhavet pramāṇaṃ bhaved anarthāya vinā pramāṇam ||32||

What is stated by the Śruti is indeed the highest truth; there is no doubt about that—therefore (accept) it wholly. In contradiction to the Śruti, there would be no valid means of knowledge; without a means of knowledge, it would lead to misfortune (error).

Śruti-pramāṇya (scriptural authority) and pramāṇa theory in VedāntaMahavakya: Frames the epistemic basis for mahāvākyas: their authority rests on śruti as pramāṇa; doubt is removed through śravaṇa and reasoning consistent with śruti (anugṛhīta-tarka).AtharvaChandas: Anuṣṭubh (śloka)
