ครั้นได้สดับถ้อยคำดังนั้น พระราชาทอดพระเนตรไปทางสารถวตะ ประชาชนหัวเราะด้วยปีติ และยอมรับว่าถ้อยคำของนางกวางนั้นล้วนเป็นความจริง
