พระอีศวรตรัสว่า: โอ้มหาเทวี ต่อจากนั้นพึงไปยังสถานที่ซึ่งอยู่ทางตะวันตกของมังคละ—โดยเฉพาะสายน้ำคงคา และลึงค์ที่มีนามว่า “สุรารกะ”
