gaṇena mama deveśi tatkṛtvā duṣkaraṃ tapaḥ | tena caṇḍeśvaraṃ liṃgaṃ prakhyātaṃ dharaṇītale

โอ้เทวีผู้เป็นนายแห่งเทพทั้งหลาย ณ ที่นั้นคณะบริวาร (คณะ) ของเราได้บำเพ็ญตบะอันยากยิ่ง; ด้วยเหตุแห่งเขา ลึงคะนั้นจึงเลื่องลือบนแผ่นดินในนาม “จัณฑेशวร”
