ในแคว้นเสาราษฏระอันผ่องใส งอกงามด้วยทรัพย์และธัญญาหาร ครั้นกาลล่วงไปไม่นาน โอ้ทวิชะทั้งหลาย ที่นั่นก็เกิดความแล้งเพราะฝนขาดหาย
