अगाधेम्भसि तेनासौ निक्षिप्तो वाडवोऽनलः । वरुणेन पिबन्नास्ते तज्जलं सुमहाबलः
agādhembhasi tenāsau nikṣipto vāḍavo'nalaḥ | varuṇena pibannāste tajjalaṃ sumahābalaḥ
ดังนั้นไฟวฑวะจึงถูกเหวี่ยงลงสู่ห้วงน้ำอันหยั่งไม่ถึง และไฟอันมีกำลังยิ่งนั้นก็ยังคงสถิตอยู่ ณ ที่นั้น ถูกสำรวมไว้ คอยดื่มน้ำอยู่เสมอโดยอาศัยพระวรุณ
