แล้วต่อมา โอ้สตรีผู้รุ่งเรือง น้ำ ณ ที่นั้นก็ไหลลงต่ำอีกครั้ง กาลก่อนมีผู้หนึ่งนามว่า ตัณฑี กล่าวกันว่าอาศัยอยู่ ณ ฝั่งเดวิกา
