evaṃvidhaṃ tu tadvākyaṃ śrutvā rājā mahābalaḥ | krodhaṃ nigṛhya dharmātmā vasudhāmidamabravīt

ครั้นได้สดับถ้อยคำเช่นนั้น พระราชาผู้มีกำลังยิ่ง ผู้ตั้งมั่นในธรรม ได้ข่มโทสะไว้ แล้วตรัสแก่พระวสุธา (แผ่นดิน) ดังนี้
