ततोऽपश्यत्पुनश्चारु सा देवी पथि संस्थितम् । पर्वतं सागरस्यांते रोद्धुं मार्गमिव स्थितम्

tato'paśyatpunaścāru sā devī pathi saṃsthitam | parvataṃ sāgarasyāṃte roddhuṃ mārgamiva sthitam

แล้วเทพีผู้เลอโฉมนั้นก็แลเห็นอีกครั้งว่า บนเส้นทางของนางมีภูเขาหนึ่งตั้งอยู่ ณ ปลายฝั่งมหาสมุทร ราวกับยืนขวางทางไว้
