parīkṣitā mayā bhūmirna yuktaṃ nagaraṃ tviha | atra devakulaṃ sākṣālliṃgasya patanaṃ tathā

ข้าพเจ้าได้ตรวจสอบผืนดินนี้แล้ว ที่นี่ไม่เหมาะจะสร้างนคร เพราะ ณ ที่นี้มีเขตศักดิ์สิทธิ์แห่งเทวะปรากฏชัด และที่นี่เองเป็นสถานที่ซึ่งลึงคะได้เสด็จลง (ตกลง) มา
