ततस्त्रासाकुलो भूत्वा सर्वांस्तानिदमब्रवीत् । देवकार्यमिदं विप्रा मया कृतमबुद्धिना
tatastrāsākulo bhūtvā sarvāṃstānidamabravīt | devakāryamidaṃ viprā mayā kṛtamabuddhinā
แล้วเขาก็หวาดหวั่นและกระสับกระส่าย จึงกล่าวแก่ทุกคนว่า “โอ้พราหมณ์ผู้เป็นวิปรา งานนี้ทำเพื่อกิจของเหล่าเทวะ แต่เรากลับทำด้วยความเขลา ไร้ปัญญาอันชอบ”
