Transliteration

aśaktasya tathāṃdhasya paṃgoryāyāvarasya ca | vihitaṃ kāraṇāyānamacchidre brāhmaṇe kutaḥ

Translation

สำหรับผู้ไร้กำลัง คนตาบอด คนง่อย และภิกขุผู้จาริก การเดินทางโดยอาศัยเหตุอันชอบย่อมอนุญาต; แต่สำหรับพราหมณ์ผู้ปราศจากมลทิน จะมีเหตุอันใดเล่าที่จะอ้างเพื่อพึ่งพาเช่นนั้น
