ṣaṣṭhe somasya vāre tu surūpaṃ nāma pūjayet | karpūraṃ prāśayettatra bhaktyā paramayā yutaḥ

ในวันจันทร์ที่หก พึงบูชาพระรูปนามว่า “สุรูปะ” ณ ที่นั้น ผู้ประกอบด้วยภักติอันยิ่ง พึงรับประทานการบูรเป็นประสาท
