ขอให้ทวิชผู้ประเสริฐบูชาพระเทวะด้วยเครื่องสักการะและการปรนนิบัติอันบริสุทธิ์ และพึงแต่งตั้งบุรุษผู้เป็นหลักฐานแปดท่าน ผู้ชำนาญคัมภีร์ปุราณะและรู้เท่าทันกิจการของชุมชน ให้เป็นมาตรฐานแห่งการชี้นำ
