ครั้นยุยุธานะกล่าวดังนั้นแล้ว ประทยุมน์ผู้เลิศในหมู่นักรบรถศึกก็เห็นชอบถ้อยคำนั้น และต่อมาก็เริ่มตำหนิฮารทิกยะ
