न चैतन्नास्तिके देयं पिशुने वेदनिन्दके । प्रातःप्रातरिदं श्राव्यं पूजयित्वा महेश्वरम्

คาถานี้ไม่พึงมอบแก่ผู้ไร้ศรัทธา แก่ผู้ส่อเสียดมุ่งร้าย หรือแก่ผู้หมิ่นพระเวท ครั้นบูชาพระมหेशวรแล้ว พึงสาธยายบทนี้ทุกเช้าตรู่เป็นนิตย์
