īśvara uvāca | tato gacchenmahādevi tatra muktipradaṃ harim | prabhāsānnairṛte bhāge nātidūre vyavasthitam
Īśvara (Śiva)
Tirtha: Mukti-prada Hari-sthāna in Prabhāsa (nairṛta-bhāga)
Type: temple
Listener: Mahādevī (Pārvatī)
Scene: Īśvara speaks to Mahādevī, pointing toward the south-west of Prabhāsa; in the distance a serene Hari temple near the coast, with pilgrims moving along a sandy path and sacred flags fluttering.
Pilgrimage is mapped as a path to liberation, and Prabhāsa is presented as a landscape where mokṣa-granting divinity is accessible.
The Mokṣasvāmi/Hari presence located in the south-western area of Prabhāsa-kṣetra.
The prescription is primarily directional—one should go (gacchet) to the mokṣa-granting Hari at that location.
