ईश्वर उवाच । तस्यैव पश्चिमे भागे नातिदूरे व्यवस्थितम् । चण्डिका कर्ममोटी च योगिनी कोटिसंयुता । पीठत्रयं महादेवि आद्यं त्रैलोक्यवन्दितम्
īśvara uvāca | tasyaiva paścime bhāge nātidūre vyavasthitam | caṇḍikā karmamoṭī ca yoginī koṭisaṃyutā | pīṭhatrayaṃ mahādevi ādyaṃ trailokyavanditam
พระอีศวรตรัสว่า: ณ ส่วนทิศตะวันตกของที่นั้น ไม่ไกลนัก มีพีฐะอันศักดิ์สิทธิ์—พระจัณฑิกาและกรรมโมฏี พร้อมทั้งโยคินีผู้ประกอบด้วยฤทธิ์เดชเป็นโกฏิ ๆ โอ้มหาเทวี นี่คือพีฐะสามประการ โดยพีฐะแรกเป็นที่สักการะในไตรโลก
