शापो हि भार्गवेन्द्राणामतो मे श्रूयतां वचः । पूजयध्वं सुराः सर्वे ब्रह्मविष्णुपुरस्सराः
śāpo hi bhārgavendrāṇāmato me śrūyatāṃ vacaḥ | pūjayadhvaṃ surāḥ sarve brahmaviṣṇupurassarāḥ
“เพราะคำสาปของเหล่าภารควะผู้ประเสริฐนั้นมีฤทธิ์จริง ฉะนั้นจงฟังวาจาของเรา เหล่าเทพทั้งปวง—มีพระพรหมและพระวิษณุนำหน้า—จงบูชาศิวลึงค์นี้เถิด”
