ततस्त्रिरात्रं न्यवसत्स्नात्वा संतर्प्य देवताम् । श्वश्रूश्वशुरयोः पादौ ववंदे चारुहासिनी

tatastrirātraṃ nyavasatsnātvā saṃtarpya devatām | śvaśrūśvaśurayoḥ pādau vavaṃde cāruhāsinī

ครั้นแล้วนางก็ปฏิบัติพรตสามราตรี; อาบน้ำชำระกายและถวายเครื่องบูชาให้เทวะพอพระทัย แล้วสตรีผู้ยิ้มงามก้มกราบแทบเท้าพระสัสสุและพระสัสสุระ
