उक्त्वा बाढमिति ब्रह्मा ततः सृष्टौ मनो दधे । ससर्ज मानसात्सद्यः सनकाद्यान्कुमारकान् । उवाच वचनं ब्रह्मा प्रजाः सृजत पुत्रकाः
uktvā bāḍhamiti brahmā tataḥ sṛṣṭau mano dadhe | sasarja mānasātsadyaḥ sanakādyānkumārakān | uvāca vacanaṃ brahmā prajāḥ sṛjata putrakāḥ
ครั้นตรัสว่า “เป็นดังนั้นเถิด” พระพรหมจึงตั้งพระทัยสู่การสร้างสรรค์ จากพระมโนก็ทรงบังเกิดเหล่าฤๅษีกุมารเริ่มด้วยสานกะโดยพลัน แล้วพระพรหมตรัสว่า: “ลูกเอ๋ย จงสร้างประชาสัตว์เถิด”
