संश्रुत्य साऽपि पतगाधिपते रवं वै प्रोन्मील्य नेत्रकमलेऽथ ददर्श कृष्णम् । सामन्यत त्रिकविवर्तितलोचनाब्जं प्राप्तं तमिष्टसुहृदं निजजीवनाथम्

ครั้นได้ยินเสียงร้องของครุฑเจ้าแห่งนก นางก็เบิกเนตรดอกบัวและได้เห็นพระกฤษณะ ด้วยความพิศวง ดวงเนตรดุจบัวของนางเหลียวมองซ้ำแล้วซ้ำเล่า เมื่อเห็นสหายอันเป็นที่รัก—องค์นายแห่งชีวิต—เสด็จมาถึง
