यावत्स्नाति च विप्रोऽसौ दृष्टो दैत्यैर्दुरात्मभिः । ब्रुवंतः कोऽयमित्येवं हन्यतांहन्यतामिति

yāvatsnāti ca vipro'sau dṛṣṭo daityairdurātmabhiḥ | bruvaṃtaḥ ko'yamityevaṃ hanyatāṃhanyatāmiti

ขณะที่พราหมณ์ผู้นั้นกำลังอาบน้ำ เหล่าแทตย์ผู้ชั่วร้ายก็มองเห็นเข้า พวกมันตะโกนว่า 'เจ้านี่เป็นใคร?' และร้องบอกกันว่า 'ฆ่ามัน! ฆ่ามันเสีย!'
