nidhāya vāsasī tatra mṛdamālabhya gomayam | śikhāṃ ca baddhvā karayoḥ kṛtvā ca niyataḥ kuśān

ณ ที่นั้น ท่านวางผ้าลง นำดินและมูลโคมาลูบไล้เพื่อชำระกาย มัดมวยผม (ศิขา) และด้วยจิตที่ตั้งมั่น ท่านจึงถือหญ้ากุศะไว้ในมือเพื่อประกอบพิธี
