पुलस्त्य उवाच । एवं स्तुता जगन्माता तानुवाच सुरोत्तमान् । वरो मे याच्यतां शीघ्रमभीष्टः सुरसत्तमाः
pulastya uvāca | evaṃ stutā jaganmātā tānuvāca surottamān | varo me yācyatāṃ śīghramabhīṣṭaḥ surasattamāḥ
ปุลัสตยะกล่าวว่า: ครั้นได้รับการสรรเสริญดังนี้ พระมารดาแห่งสากลโลกตรัสแก่เหล่าเทพผู้ประเสริฐว่า “โอ้เทพผู้เป็นใหญ่ทั้งหลาย จงทูลขอพรอันปรารถนาของท่านโดยเร็วเถิด”
