bheka uvāca | asmiñjalāśaye vahniḥ sāṃprataṃ paryavasthitaḥ | tasyaite jalamadhyasthā mṛtā bhūrijalodbhavāḥ

กบกล่าวว่า: “ในสระน้ำนี่ อัคนี (เทพแห่งไฟ) ประทับอยู่ในบัดนี้ เพราะท่านนั้น สัตว์น้ำผู้เกิดจากน้ำและอาศัยอยู่กลางน้ำเหล่านี้จึงล้มตาย”
