ततो नागबिलः ख्यातः स सर्वस्मिन्धरातले । गतागतेन नागानां स वल्मीको द्विजोत्तमाः
tato nāgabilaḥ khyātaḥ sa sarvasmindharātale | gatāgatena nāgānāṃ sa valmīko dvijottamāḥ
เพราะเหตุนั้น โอ้ทวิชผู้ประเสริฐ จอมวาลมีกะนั้นจึงเลื่องลือไปทั่วแผ่นดินว่า “นาคบิละ” เพราะเหล่านาคเดินทางไปมาผ่านมันอยู่เนืองนิตย์
