sarveṣāmeva devānāṃ saṃti tīrthāni bhūtale | muktvā māṃ tanmayā kāryaṃ tīrthamekaṃ dharātale

(พระองค์รำพึงว่า) “เทพทั้งปวงล้วนมีทีรถะบนพื้นพิภพ มีแต่เราผู้เดียวไร้ทีรถะ ดังนั้นควรสถาปนาทีรถะหนึ่งบนแผ่นดิน อุทิศแด่เรา”
