सूत उवाच । तस्य तद्वचनं श्रुत्वा विश्वामित्रो मुनीश्वरः । वसिष्ठस्पर्धयोवाच मुनिमध्ये व्यवस्थितः
sūta uvāca | tasya tadvacanaṃ śrutvā viśvāmitro munīśvaraḥ | vasiṣṭhaspardhayovāca munimadhye vyavasthitaḥ
สูตกล่าวว่า ครั้นได้ฟังถ้อยคำนั้นแล้ว มุนีศวรวิศวามิตร—ยืนอยู่ท่ามกลางหมู่ฤๅษี—ก็กล่าวขึ้นด้วยแรงแห่งความชิงดีต่อวสิษฐะ
