ॐ सद्योजाताय नमः । ॐ वामदेवाय नमः । ॐ घोराय नमः । ॐ तत्पुरुषाय नमः । ॐ ईशानाय नमः । एवं वक्त्राणि संपूज्य गन्धपुष्पानुलेपनैः । वस्त्रैर्दीपैश्च नैवेद्यैस्ततोऽर्घं संप्रदापयेत् । मंत्रेणानेन संपूज्य मां ध्यात्वा मनसि स्थितम्
oṃ sadyojātāya namaḥ | oṃ vāmadevāya namaḥ | oṃ ghorāya namaḥ | oṃ tatpuruṣāya namaḥ | oṃ īśānāya namaḥ | evaṃ vaktrāṇi saṃpūjya gandhapuṣpānulepanaiḥ | vastrairdīpaiśca naivedyaistato'rghaṃ saṃpradāpayet | maṃtreṇānena saṃpūjya māṃ dhyātvā manasi sthitam
