niṣkāmaḥ kurute yastu vratametatsamāhitaḥ | cāturmāsyudbhavānāṃ ca niyamānāṃ phalaṃ labhet

แต่ผู้ใดปฏิบัติวรตนี้ด้วยจิตตั้งมั่นและปราศจากความใคร่ในผล ย่อมได้รับผลแห่งวินัยทั้งหลายอันเนื่องในจาตุรมาสยะด้วย
