jīvarūpeṇa lokāṃstrīnvyāpya tiṣṭhasi nityadā | evaṃ sa saṃstuto nīlo vipraistaiḥ somapāyibhiḥ
Narrator (Purāṇic voice) concluding the stuti segment
Tirtha: Nīla (Nīlarūpa)
Type: kshetra
Scene: Soma-sacrificing brāhmaṇas with ladles and soma cups praise a blue Nīla form; behind him, faint three-world imagery (heaven, earth, nether) indicates pervasion as jīva.
The Lord is present as the inner life in all realms; Vedic and Purāṇic devotion converge in praising the same Supreme.
The tīrtha of this adhyāya is framed as a place where Vedic brāhmaṇas praise Nīlarūpa, indicating a sanctified sacrificial and pilgrimage landscape.
Indirect reference to Soma-sacrifice practitioners (somapāyins); the verse itself prescribes no new rite.
