ครั้นใคร่ครวญคัมภีร์ธรรมศาสตร์ และพิจารณาซ้ำแล้วซ้ำเล่า เขาตั้งใจว่า “เพื่อบุตรของเรา—ไม่ต้องสงสัย—เราจะยกให้แม้ทรัพย์สินทั้งหมด”
