tyaktāḥ putrāśca pautrāśca patnyaśca vibhavaiḥ saha | triḥ satyena suraśreṣṭha tava pādau spṛśāmyaham

บุตรและหลาน ตลอดจนภรรยาทั้งหลาย พร้อมด้วยทรัพย์สมบัติ ข้าพเจ้าได้ละทิ้งแล้ว ด้วยสัตย์จริง โอ้ผู้ประเสริฐเหนือหมู่เทวะ ข้าพเจ้าสัมผัสพระบาทของพระองค์สามครั้ง
